This company is tops!!! Excellent products, excellent customer service, very fast shipping. I called to ask a question regarding one of their products, the lady I spoke to was so nice and very helpful, she treated me like we had been best friends forever and we're total strangers! Purchasing online from Topiary was very simple to do. Their website is easily navigated. When I contacted their customer service department i was given the answers i needed and my e-mail was answered in a timely fashion.

The website was very easy to negotiate and the price was very reasonable. I purchased the forms for the Herb Society, we will be making living herbal wreaths for our dining tables at our Holiday Banquet. We looked all over town, but could not find something appropriate. I very much enjoyed shopping the online store of “Topiary Art Works”; it was fun and easy to navigate! Your prices are very fair in comparison to the online market, however what would set you far apart and high above all the others would be to offer incentives to buy with an economy the way it is were not that quick to let go of our money. My purpose for shopping with you was to purchase sphagnum moss which I did. The only fall back came when you mentioned “Commercial grade sphagnum moss available in 5 kg (11 lb) bales”. I ‘m very excited, as this is what I am looking for, but I could never find a link to purchase the 11 lb bale, rather the largest amount I could purchase is your 1 kg (2.21 lb). I just received your 4 strand-23” rigid wire package – all I can say is ‘wow’!



I purchased a set of hanging baskets at my local big-box store, but they only had the kind with a chain. That seems to be the norm, for some reason – I’m not sure how folks take their baskets down for daily watering with a chain, let alone put them back up without a ladder or hook (try holding a large basket by a hook, overhead?!). Well, I searched in all the usual places for rigid wire and even that was a challenge. And when I’d find one they wanted more than what I paid for the basket. Finally, I did the old fashioned way and googled it – your company came up. For the price – for a set of 10, I figured the material would be flimsy – but I hoped with 4 strands it still should be able to handle the weight of a 15” basket. When I opened to package to see what I ordered, I was blown away – to say the least. The quality was far superior to any rigid wire hangers I have ever seen, anywhere. It was even a bit tough to bend them to get them to go into the basket holes – but that’s better than things that break (which I can attest, tends to be the norm for a lot of products now a days). Thanks so much – they will easily last for years!! I then went back to your site to write a glowing review, but since there was no place for that, I figured you should know what a great product you offer – and I’m not even upset about the shipping cost any more – it was, hands-down, worth the total cost!
